Decimal System, books can be
checked out using the honor
system or browsed in the
spacious facility. 

 

HOW TO CHECK OUT A BOOK:

  1. Remove the check-out card from the pocket inside the front of the book.

  2. Write your name and the current day's date.

  3. Place the card in the front box provided for this purpose.  It is located on the librarian's desk, next to the card catalog.

  4. WHEN YOU ARE READY TO RETURN THE BOOK, EITHER GIVE IT TO THE CHURCH SECRETARY OR PLACE IT IN THE RETURN BOX ON THE DESK IN THE LIBRARY.

  5. Videos are checked out in the same manner as books.

 

Did you know that our library contains some wonderful videos that you may wish to view. Some of the offerings include:

  • Conversations on the Lord's Prayer (Set of 3)

  • Religions of the World: Buddhism, Hinduism, Christianity, Judaism (Set of 4)

  • Discovering Everyday Spirituality

 

 

 

Located on the second floor of our church, the library offers a wide variety of material from video and audio tapes to books on reference, history and light reading, our library can meet the needs of serious theological scholars and pleasure readers.

Open at all times, you may wish to go there to enjoy an hour of browsing, to check out a book, or for your personal study and enjoyment.  You are encouraged to take advantage of this wonderful collection.

 

 

 

 

The library is often used as a favorite meeting place for various church committees.
